We approach the recruiting process from three different levels of service, depending on our client’s needs and level of urgency.  All of our approaches are designed to provide the highest level of candidate available; the primary differences are in timing, search priority, and length of replacement guaranty.  In addition to the matrix below, we offer discount relocation services through the MRI/FAS Relocation Network for all clients and candidates, salary assessment studies and cost of living comparisons, all at no charge.

The majority of a consultant's time and up to 50% of a search coordinator/ researcher's time.

Shore Consultants will  present candidates to engaged clients first, then to other clients in succession

Yes –Shore Consultants will present candidates exclusively to retained clients.

Reference Checks, Educational Degree and W-2 Verification

Reference checks are done after the first face-to-face interview if client desires.

Reference checks completed prior to the first face-to-face interview.

Reference checks completed prior to the first face-to-face interview. Reference checks include 2 reports, 2 colleagues, 2 managers.  Degree and salary verification before face-to-face interview.

We agree to present a minimum number of candidates per opening within a defined period of time.

We agree to present at least three qualified candidates per opening within a defined period of time.

Replacement Guarantee (“Talent Warranty")

Payment

Upon placement.

20% of fee paid up front ($5,000 min.)with remainder paid upon placement.

1/3 up front, 1/3 within 20 business days and the final 1/3 paid upon placement.
